Print Club Terms & Conditions

By joining the Print Club and subscribing to receive monthly art prints, you agree to the following terms:

1. Artwork Ownership & Copyright

All artwork included in the Print Club is 100% original and the sole intellectual property of Vera Geneve.

  • You are purchasing a physical print only — not the rights to the image.

  • All rights (including copyright and reproduction rights) remain with the artist.

  • You may not reproduce, scan, copy, edit, alter, distribute, or resell the artwork in any form — digital or physical — without express written permission.

  • Using the art for commercial purposes, including selling, merchandising, or printing, is strictly prohibited.
     

2. Personal Use Only

The prints are for personal enjoyment and private display only. You’re welcome to frame them, gift them, or enjoy them at home — but not to profit from them.
 

3. Subscription & Billing

  • You will be charged monthly at the rate shown at checkout (e.g., $7/month for U.S., $12/month for international).

  • Billing occurs automatically each month until canceled.

  • You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime via your account or by contacting us.
     

4. Shipping

  • U.S. shipping is included in the subscription price.

  • International shipping is available for an additional fee.

  • Orders ship monthly between the 25th–30th. Delivery times vary.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
     

5. Refunds & Replacements

Because each print is made-to-order and limited edition, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.

Art Print Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an art print by Vera Geneve, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Copyright & Ownership

All artwork is the original creation and intellectual property of Vera Geneve.

  • Vera Geneve retains full copyright and all reproduction rights to every piece of art, including sold originals and prints.

  • Your purchase gives you ownership of the physical print only, not the rights to the image itself.
     

2. Permitted Use

  • You may display your print in your home, office, or private space.

  • You may gift the print to another person for personal use.
     

3. Prohibited Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited without written permission from Vera Geneve:

  • Reproducing or copying the artwork in any form (including scanning, photocopying, or photographing for reprint).

  • Selling or reselling the print for profit.

  • Altering, editing, or remixing the artwork digitally or physically.

  • Using the artwork in any commercial capacity, including:

    • Advertising

    • Branding or logos

    • Merchandising (t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.)

    • Online content (e.g., using the image on websites, social media, or blogs for business use)

Violation of these terms may result in legal action and takedown notices.
 

4. Digital Use & Social Media

  • Sharing photos of your purchased print on social media is welcome and encouraged — please credit the artist when possible:
    @verageneve or #VeraGeneveArt

  • Do not post high-resolution scans or full artwork images that could be reused or copied.
     

5. Refunds & Damages

  • All sales are final unless your print arrives damaged.

  • If your print is damaged during shipping, please email a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery via the contact page of this site.
     

6. Questions & Contact

For licensing inquiries, special permissions, or questions about your order, please reach out directly via the contact page of this site.
